The Company
You may well know
that over the last 39 years, Bridger has established a name that has been
synonymous in reliably meeting their Customer’s security needs. As a local
company, we know we can provide you with the quality and service you
rightly demand, both now and in the future and as such, we believe we are
unsurpassed by our competitors.
The roots of Bridger Alarms Limited are derived from Bridger Locksmiths
and Security Specialist Limited, who were a business located in Andover
Road Winchester and had been serving the community with security products
since the late 60’s. In 1995, the business was completely restructured and
the alarm side of the business was separated to form a new company –
Bridger Alarms Limited. Originally heading up the new company were Adrian
Gill and Steve Winter, both previous employees of the Bridger company.
Initially the new company was operated from offices in Andover Road and a
year later moved to the City Business Centre. Three years later due to the
expansion of the business Bridger Alarms moved to larger offices, this
time to the Scylla Industrial Estate in Winnall, which is where we are
today.
From it’s formation in 1995, Bridger Alarms has grown from strength to
strength, never losing sight of it’s motto “Quality, Service and
Reliability”. Right from the start the company has set out to meet and
surpass all the industry standards. In 1996 the company achieved
NACOSS
approval, which enabled them to specify for all insurance driven security
systems. This approval was enhanced in 1998 when the company was
successfully assessed for the prestigious European-wide Quality Management
System - ISO9002. In March 2003, the company has achieved its ultimate
Quality goal in the successful assessment for
ISO9001:2000.
As a NACOSS approved installer, with an installed base of well over 3000
alarms, we are able to meet all insurance requirements. Bridger Alarms are
fully committed to total quality, working to the high standards of the
European Quality System ISO9002 and are also members of the
BSIA, an
association only open to NACOSS approved installers. In addition to this,
we are recognized by Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Thames Valley and
Surrey Constabularies as approved installers for all system types.

Our Staff.
Management
Adrian Gill – Managing Director
Adrian joined the Bridger company in 1971 from school when Mr Bridger
decided it was an opportune time to extend their security products and
enter into the intruder alarm market. Whilst Adrian established himself as
a fully trained locksmith, his future was very much in intruder alarms and
quickly became the lynch pin in that part of the business.
In 1984, Adrian took on the roll of Alarm Manager and was able to use his
wealth of knowledge to train other members of staff. He too was a
co-founder of Bridger Alarms Ltd when it was set up in 1995. In February
2006 Adrian took over as sole owner and managing director. He is very keen
to develop the business with well trained and motivated staff providing
the Bridger ethos - Quality, Service and Reliability.
Engineers
We have a team of highly qualified technicians each
able to service and install our equipment to a high standard.
Our research and development continually looks at ways to improve our
products and our engineering and training co-ordinators ensure our staff
receive
ongoing training and assessments.
Administration Support
We currently have three members of staff who between
them deal with customer service, accounts and general administration.
